Dispatch Timing

• We strive to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of receiving them (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
• During sale periods or festivals, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.

Delivery Timeframes

• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5–7 working days after dispatch.
• Remote Locations: 7+ working days.

Shipping Charges

• We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹ 999.
• For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹ 80 applies.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS. You can use this link to track the live status of your package.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

• Please ensure you provide a complete address including your PIN code and a valid phone number.
• CrystalRoute is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts by the courier. If a package is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will be applicable to send it again.
