Due to the energetic and personal nature of our products (crystals, salts, and candles), we maintain a strict policy to ensure purity and hygiene for all our customers.
General Return Policy
- No Returns on “Change of Mind”: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or feel the product isn’t “working” for you immediately. Crystals are spiritual tools that work differently for everyone.
- Hygiene & Energy: Opened healing salts, burned candles, or worn jewelry cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items We pack every order with immense care, using protective layers to ensure safety. However, accidents can happen during transit.
- Eligibility: If you receive a product that is physically damaged or broken upon arrival.
- Process:
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email us at crystalroute6@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 6353440071 with:
- Your Order ID.
- Important: A clear Unboxing Video (without cuts) or clear photos showing the damage. We highly recommend making a video while opening your parcel.
- Once verified, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.
Refund Timeline
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited back to your original source of payment (Bank/UPI/Card).
Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once the tracking number is generated, we cannot cancel the order.
